If I’m searching for free printable birthdays to color and get my kids busy, what I do sometimes is get designs from freebie printable coloring pages and print it only on half of the front page, so it would be foldable like a typical card. Once you’ve tried doing it this way, you’ll never run out of birthday cards to print.
